Multiple Office TVs: Agree on Alignment and Use Before Installation
Tips
2 Min Read
Three business screens illustrate the need for a shared placement plan, device inventory and separate content-system responsibilities.
For several business screens on one wall, agree on the shared alignment and each screen’s purpose before installation. A repeated arrangement makes differences in size, position and spacing easier to notice.
Handydux mounted the three televisions shown here for Terra Dotta in Chapel Hill. The photograph shows the screens as a horizontal group on an orange wall. Later work in the broader project belongs to separate phases; this image should not be used to imply that every electrical or finishing task happened during the mounting visit.
Create a device list with model numbers, outside dimensions and mount information. Identify whether the screens are intended to operate independently or as part of a coordinated display. A physical installation photograph does not establish how content, networking or software will be managed.
Approve the overall arrangement before focusing on one screen. Review the outside width of the group, the line the screens should share and the relationship to furniture or circulation. Include nearby outlets and controls in the wall photo rather than cropping them away.
Define responsibilities for power, data, source devices and content configuration. If other providers are involved, name the contact who will coordinate their work and confirm readiness. Send the screen inventory and approved wall plan with the commercial inquiry so the physical installation and any additional setup can be scoped clearly.
