Can you assemble furniture and mount items in student housing?
The property must permit the selected mounting, anchoring and assembly. Include move-in access, stairs, loading arrangements and any appointment restrictions. A package does not override a building’s rules or cover an unspecified item list.
Can I choose individual move-in services?
An individual-selection path is also available, subject to the $189 service minimum. Package inclusions should not be charged again as extras. Additional products and work outside the package limits need their own confirmed selections. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
An assembly example
The photograph shows a completed bunk-bed assembly. It is an example of furniture work, not a claim that this bed is included in a student package or was installed in student housing.

The care behind a finished space.
Thoughtful placement. Careful installation.
A single piece and a full gallery wall ask different questions. We consider the arrangement, the surrounding furniture and the way the space is used. Optional gallery layout planning is available when you would like help arranging the pieces.
Considered before we beginItem size and weight, wall material, mounting height and access all shape an installation. Sharing those details helps match the service to the work and identify any extra support it needs.
Considered before we beginThe catalog separates item charges from optional extras. A service minimum is a floor for the complete service, not another fee added on top. The planner shows selected item charges so you can begin with the right context.
Considered before we beginTell us which pieces matter, where you are considering placing them and what you want the finished room to feel like. We can work from your arrangement or include eligible layout help.
