• You may be asked to save a card on file at the time of booking, but it will only be charged after the job is complete unless stated otherwise.

• By saving a card, you authorize Handydux to charge for agreed-upon services after completion, including add-ons discussed on-site.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

• No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in loss of booking access.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, and media on the Handydux website are the property of Handydux or its licensors and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, feedback, or images to Handydux, you grant us the right to use that content in future marketing, both online and offline.

We use third-party platforms like Zenbooker, Stripe, OpenPhone, and EZText to manage bookings, payments, and communication. Handydux is not responsible for outages, errors, or data loss on those platforms.

The website and services are provided “as is.” Handydux makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or outcomes of services rendered. Your results may vary depending on physical conditions, product quality, or environmental factors.
