Place a Pool-Cue Rack for Everyday Use
Tips

An amenity-room installation shows why cue length, removal movement and nearby controls should inform wall-rack placement.
Position a pool-cue rack so people can remove and return the cues comfortably. The stored arrangement is only one part of the layout; the movement needed to use it matters too.
Handydux installed the cue rack shown here in the amenity space at Forge at Raleigh Iron Works. The photograph shows the upper and lower rack elements holding the cues, with wall switches nearby. Other furniture and television work belonged to the wider project, but the rack is the specific installation documented in this image.
Use the actual cue lengths and rack product when reviewing placement. Check how the cues enter and leave the holder according to its design. Include the available wall height and any nearby fixtures or controls in the layout rather than copying the height from a different room.
Consider circulation between the storage wall and the game area. Keep the plan useful for the people who will use the space, and leave required access to controls clear. If the room is shared or managed, identify who can approve the location and any building requirements for wall work.
Send the rack instructions, the equipment it will hold and a wide room photograph with the inquiry. Confirm whether any other accessories are included. Those details let the installation be scoped around the actual storage system without claiming that every visible amenity-room item was supplied or installed as part of the same task.
